Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (e.g., launches, holidays), processing may take longer.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Local / Domestic: 3–5 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or high-volume seasons.

3. International Shipping (If applicable)

We ship to most international destinations. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees, where applicable. These are not included in product or shipping prices.

Some destinations may require additional identifiers or documents (such as EORI/Tax ID or CR/Tax ID). This is especially common for countries like:

  • Oman

  • South Korea

  • India

  • Taiwan

  • Turkey

  • Qatar

  • Saudi Arabia (may require CR/Tax ID)

  • Germany

  • Some Other European Countries (may require EORI/Tax ID)

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide any requested information promptly and complete all customs-related payments as required by your country’s regulations.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

5. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Email us at hello@theselfhug.co

  • Include your order number and photos (if damaged)

We will assist in filing claims with the courier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order has not been shipped yet, contact us immediately for correction.

7. In-Store Pickup (If applicable)

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup at our studio/office location.

8. Returns & Exchanges

For detailed information, please refer to our Refund Policy. Shipping fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective.
